The Gloucester Cumberland Ringette Association is pleased to invite you to our 49th Annual Invitational Tournament.

📌 Extended Registration: Until Friday, October 10, 2025 at 17:00 pm

Registration Instructions
- Register your team through this link: GCRA RAMP Registration
- Log in to your Ramp Registration account or create a new one.
- Select “Tournament Registration.”
- Choose your Home Club, Division, Tier, and Team Contact.
- Select the appropriate package.
- Click “Continue.”
- Ensure your roster is correct (updates nightly as players are added). For new Ramp users, rosters can be added under My Team after registration.
- Review and Submit Registration.
- Send payment by cheque or e-transfer (see details below).

Notes
- All teams must be prepared for Friday early morning games.
- Local area teams must be prepared for Thursday evening games.
- U16 & U19 divisions must be prepared for late evening games.
- Tournament will follow Ringette Ontario sanctioned and Ringette Canada official rules.
- Mixed teams are accepted for all non-competitive levels.
- Teams will be notified of acceptance by October 25, 2025.
- 📌 Team withdrawals before November 3, 2025 - 50% of the entry fee will be refunded.
- 📌 Team withdrawals on or after November 3, 2025 - no refund (100% of the entry fee forfeited).
Payment Information
💳 E-Transfer
- Include in your e-transfer comment: Division, Association, Team Name, and Team Contact (name + email/phone).
- Auto-deposit is enabled. If your institution requires a password, use: GCRA2026.
- Send e-transfers to: treasurer.gcra.tournament@gmail.com.
- Please note: acceptance of payment ? confirmation of acceptance into the tournament. Refunds will be issued if a team is not accepted.
